What cannot be said in words, or what is difficult to say, can often be expressed and deepened with the body.


The body is always honest.

That is why dance is all about freedom, expression and awareness based on intuition. It is about the desire to move, to follow your body, to feel and to express yourself gently and courageously, so it is not about copying steps or being flexible at all.

Nature is an infinite source of inspiration. What does nature teach us at that moment? What does she teach us?

The music wave is constructed in such a way that you can 'Be' in the body at your own pace and enter the dance with a safe feeling. Nothing is compulsory. We do ask respect for your own body, your own space and that of the other.


Dancing is healthy for your body, heart, mind and soul. You enjoy the music. You come to yourself. Regular dancing not only strengthens the physical body, it also heals emotionally and deepens the loving relationship with yourself and others.

Dance brings so much together: wholeness, wisdom, insight, empowerment, individuality, inspiration, creation, transformation, growth, beauty, unity, encounter, gratitude and joy of life.
